"FOB" đi xa hơn một bước: hàng phải được xếp lên tàu thì người bán mới hoàn thành giao hàng. "FCA" là giao cho người chuyên chở do người mua chỉ định tại một địa điểm, dùng cho mọi phương thức vận tải, không gắn với mạn tàu.
