Đáp án đúng: "Seller delivers at their premise.". Giao tại xưởng (EXW) trong Incoterms 2020 là người bán giao hàng khi đặt hàng dưới quyền định đoạt của người mua tại cơ sở của người bán (nhà máy, kho) hoặc một địa điểm chỉ định khác, chưa bốc lên phương tiện nhận hàng và chưa thông quan xuất khẩu; từ đó người mua chịu mọi rủi ro, chi phí. "Seller delivers on the carriage." sai vì giao hàng cho người chuyên chở là cách giao của FCA, CPT, CIP; dưới EXW người bán không phải bốc hàng lên phương tiện vận tải. "Seller delivers on board the vessel." sai vì giao lên tàu là điểm giao của FOB, CFR, CIF, dùng cho vận tải biển và thuỷ nội địa. "Seller delivers at their port of loading." sai vì giao tại cảng xếp hàng, cụ thể là dọc mạn tàu, ứng với FAS; dưới EXW hàng chưa rời cơ sở người bán.
