Incoterms 2020 là bộ quy tắc của Phòng Thương mại Quốc tế (ICC) giải thích điều kiện thương mại, chỉ có hiệu lực ràng buộc khi các bên dẫn chiếu nó trong hợp đồng mua bán, ví dụ ghi rõ "CIF Hai Phong Incoterms 2020".
